x - For an extra bit of pizazz, try making it with instant mocha cappuccino mix!
I found the original recipe for 'microwaveable brownies' a long while ago but I've made my own modifications to it. It always turned out like more of a cake to me. A little squishy and not so fluffy, but very cake-like.
Stirring the dry ingredients before adding the liquid ones really helps prevent lumps while stirring later on. (I recommend using a fork, but a spoon works just fine, it's whatever you want to eat it with when you're done.) - Oh, speaking of, it's totally safe to eat raw, but it really does taste better cooked.
It's a little crazy how fast ingredients for this seem to disappear... they're just so delicious, I can't stop making them! There are times where I've had to substitute for lack of sugar (more cocoa!) or lack of cocoa (I've tried specialty flavor hot chocolate packets, like 'white chocolate', which have a little bit more in them necessary). I'm sure the original recipe called for baker's chocolate, but I definitely didn't have any of that. At first I made it with Ovaltine chocolate milk mix, and then later, with SwissMiss Hot Cocoa packets. Now I'm just using some instant mocha cappuccino mix because it's powdered and chocolate. ^_^;
Good luck! Feel free to share your results.
Um, if you like Pokémon, look at my other artwork, too? Maybe? I'm getting a lot of favs on just this one thing...
pretty good; it reminds me of caramel even though there is none in it (i know weird)... i think adding caramel sauce to it would taste really good and compliment the flavor

Super yumms and easy even. When we have no other food we always somehow have these ingredients now I can use them!.
